WALNUT CREAM CAKE 
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs or Egg Beaters
8 oz. heavy cream
1 c. finely chopped walnuts

Line bottom of 10 inch angelfood cake pan with waxed paper. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time. Alternately add cream and flour. Fold in nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Can leave plain or coat with a butter cream icing.
