HOT CLAM SPREAD 
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams (undrained)
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 sm. onion
3/4 c. Italian style bread crumbs
Pepper to taste
1 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. melted butter
8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Parmesan cheese
Paprika

Mix together first 8 ingredients and place in pie or quiche pan. Top with cheeses and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers.
