SAUSAGE BREAKFAST 
1 lb. ground pork sausage
5 eggs
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. bread cubes
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Seasoning to taste

Prepare the evening before. Brown and drain sausage. In a bowl, beat eggs and milk slightly. Add sausage, bread cubes and cheese to the egg mixture. Pour into a 9 x 9 inch casserole dish and cover with foil. Refrigerated overnight. The next day, bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until firm. This recipe can easily be doubled.
