PEACH COBBLER

2 c. sliced peaches or 1 lg. can peaches, drained and cut
1/2 c. sugar

Combine peaches and sugar and let stand.

1/4 lb. butter, melt in 2 quart casserole

BATTER:

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. flour
