CHERRY-O-CHEESE PIE | |
1 c. graham cracker crumbs 2 tbsp. sugar 1/3 c. butter, melted 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened (room temperature) 1/3 c. lemon juice 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 (1 lb., 15 oz.) can prepared pie filling or cherry glaze 1 1/3 c. (15 oz. can) Eagle sweetened condensed milky - only Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Mix well. Press evenly and firmly on bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie plate. (Chill). Beat cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla extract until cream cheese is fluffy. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, stir until well blended. Turn into prepared crust. (Chill 2 or 3 hours). (DO NOT FREEZE). At serving time, garnish with cherry pie filling or cherry glaze. |
