CHICKEN CAESAR 
DRESSING:

1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tin (2 oz.) flat anchovies, minced
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper

SALAD:

16 c. (2 lg. heads) Romaine lettuce, torn into pieces
1 lb. cooked, skinned chicken, sliced into 1/2" pieces
1 c. garlic bagel chip pieces
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 pt. red or yellow cherry tomatoes

Dressing: Whisk all ingredients in bowl until smooth.

Salad: Combine lettuce, chicken, bagel chips and cheese in large bowl and toss with dressing. Arrange on platter and garnish with tomatoes. Makes 6 servings: each serving: 455 calories. 37 gm protein. 24 gm fat. 23 gm carbohydrate. 909 mg sodium. 97 mg cholesterol.
