BAKED PORK CHOPS 
8 pork chops (3 to 5 oz. each; 2 per person)
Nature's Seasons (a herb and spice blend), to taste
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
2 cups cracker or bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350°F. Season chops lightly with Nature's Seasons.

In bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt, egg, milk and oil. Dip to coat pork chops, roll in cracker or bread crumbs.

Lay out pork chops on lightly greased baking sheet; bake at 350°F until done (turn if necessary), 40 to 50 minutes.

Makes 4 servings.

Preparation Time: 20 to 25 minutes.

Per serving: 695 calories, 34g fat, 219mg cholesterol and 633mg sodium.
