LIGHT CHOCOLATE PIE 
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter
1 sm. can evaporated milk
3/4 tbsp. cocoa
Pinch salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. can water

Beat yolks, milk and water; beat well. Mix flour, sugar and cocoa. Add to yolk mixture. Beat, cook until thick. Add butter, vanilla and salt. Pour into baked pie shell. Top with meringue. You can use two whole eggs and top with whip cream and nuts.
