LIGHT FRUIT PIE 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) any flavor Jello
2/3 c. boiling water
2 c. ice cubes
1 lg. carton Cool Whip
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust

Dissolve Jello in water. Add ice cubes and stir constantly until gelatin thickens, about 2 or 3 minutes. Remove any unmelted ice. Using wire whip, blend in Cool Whip until smooth. Chill, if necessary, until mixture will mound. Spoon into pie shell. Chill for 2 hours. Garnish with fruit if desired.
