8 MINUTE LIGHT AND FRUITY PIE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
2/3 c. boiling water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. quick thaw strawberries in syrup
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
9 inch graham cracker crumb crust

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add frozen strawberries and stir gently until berries separate and gelatin begins to thicken. Blend in whipped topping; then whip until smooth. Chill, if necessary, until mixture will mound. Spoon into pie crust. Chill 2 hours. Garnish with additional whipped topping and strawberries.
