BEANS PROVENCAL 
2 (16 oz.) pkgs. frozen green beans, cooked according to directions
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped onions
1 garlic clove, mashed
3 lg. tomatoes, peeled, seeded & chopped
Salt
Freshly ground pepper
1/4 c. minced fresh basil
1/4 c. minced parsley
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook beans in boiling salted water according to directions; drain and rinse with cold water. Drain again. Heat olive oil and butter in a deep frying pan. Add onions and garlic and cook for 5 minutes.
