BARBECUE ROAST 
6 lb. beef roast
1 stalk celery, chopped fine
1 green pepper, chopped fine
1 sm. bottle ketchup
3 tbsp. barbecue sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce (optional)
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. water

Combine all ingredients and heat to boiling on top of range then pour over meat. Cover and bake in 300 degree oven for 5 to 6 hours. Cook after breaking meat apart. Makes enough meat for 40 buns.
