CHILE RELLENO CASSEROLE 
2 (7 oz.) cans Oretega green chilies, whole, rinsed and de-seeded
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 c. milk
3 eggs
6 tbsp. flour
1 sm. can tomato sauce

Layer in 9 x 13 Pyrex casserole: chilies, cheese, chilies, cheese (leave enough cheese to sprinkle on top).

Mix milk, eggs, and flour in blender and pour over all.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour; remove and pour tomato sauce over top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 15 minutes more.
