MY BEST MEATLOAF 
2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 egg whites
1/2 c. dry quick oats
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. rubbed sage
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2/3 c. non fat skim milk
1/4 c. chili sauce for ketchup

Combine in large bowl; mix well. Using a 9"x13"x2" pan, firmly form a 9"x5" loaf (this lets the fat run off better than with a loaf pan). Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 60 to 70 minutes or until done. Serves 6.
