HUNGRY BOY'S CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 (1 lb.) can baked beans
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. garlic (salt)

BISCUITS:

1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
3 tbsp. oil

Set oven at 425 degrees. Sprinkle first 3 ingredients in the bottom of a baking dish. Crumble beef on top. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Stir in beans, catsup, water, salt, garlic salt. Reserve 1/2 cup of the mixture. Return to oven; fix biscuits, cut with doughnut cutter and reserve centers. Fill holes with reserved meat; put center on top. Bake until golden brown.
