BAKED CUSTARD 
2 1/2 c. skim milk
1/4 c. sugar
4 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. table sherry
Few drops yellow food coloring
Dash nutmeg

Mix all ingredients together except nutmeg. Pour into lightly oiled custard cups. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Place custard cups in pan of hot water and bake in 325 degree oven for 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center of custard comes out clean. Makes 6 servings. 80 calories per serving.
