BAKED CUSTARD 
10 sweetening tablets, each tablet equivalent to 1 tsp. sugar
2 c. skim milk
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Nutmeg to taste

Crush sweetening tablets; dissolve in 2 tablespoons milk. Scald remaining milk. Beat eggs until frothy; stir in salt, vanilla and dissolved tablets. Add hot milk, mix well. Pour into 5 custard cups, sprinkle with nutmeg. Set cusp in pan of hot water to within 1/2 inch of top of cups. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Yield: 5 servings. 6 calories per serving.
