6 med. potatoes, grated
1 egg beaten with 2 tbsp. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix together adding salt and pepper to taste. Pour into greased 8x12 pan. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Cut in pieces. Serve with sour cream.
