MEXICAN SPOON BREAD | |
2 pkgs. Jiffy corn muffin mix 2 cans cream style corn 1 sm. (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies 1 pt. sour cream 4 eggs Grated Cheddar cheese Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. |
