60 Ritz crackers
1/2 c. butter
2 sm. boxes instant coconut cream pudding
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 c. milk
1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 sm. pkg. coconut

Melt 1 stick butter and combine with crushed Ritz crackers. Pat mixture in a 9x13 inch greased pan. Mix 1/2 gallon of ice cream with 1 box of pudding and 1/2 cup of milk. Then add other box of pudding with remaining 1/2 cup milk. Spread mixture over Ritz crackers. Spread Cool Whip over pudding mixture. Sprinkle with coconut. Keep in refrigerator.
