PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE 
Graham cracker crust
6 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
2 eggs
1 can pumpkin

Cream cheese with sugar and spices. Add eggs and pumpkin. Pour into crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.

SOUR CREAM TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
6 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix topping and pour over pie and cook for the last 10 minutes. Cool.
