2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. pumpkin

Beat by hand. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

ICING:

1 stick butter or 1/2 c.
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 box confectioners' sugar
