PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Beat all ingredients well then add: 1 1/4 c. pumpkin 2/3 c. water 2 tsp. baking soda (level) 3 c. flour Finely chopped nuts, optional

Beat after each addition, add nuts if desired. Grease 3 (1 lb.) coffee cans. Fill 2/3 full with batter. Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven. MOST IMPORTANT NOTE: Put plastic lid of coffee can on the moment you take out of oven.
