CHINESE FRIED RICE 
1 1/3 c. Minute Rice
1 egg
2 slices bacon
1/3 c. chopped onion
Garlic salt (optional)
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. brown sugar

In small saucepan boil 1 cup water. Stir in rice. Remove from heat; cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, using a 10-inch skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Drain most of grease.

Cook slightly beaten egg in same pan. Add onion and garlic; saute, stirring over medium heat, until lightly browned. Mix 1/3 cup water, soy sauce, brown sugar to rice. Mix all together.
