CHINESE FRIED RICE | |
1 1/3 c. water 1 1/3 c. Minute Rice 1 egg, beaten 3 tbsp. butter 1/3 c. chopped onion 2 to 3 tbsp. soy sauce Bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Stir in rice, remove from heat and cover. Let stand for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cook egg in butter. Add onion and rice. Cook over medium heat until lightly browned. Combine remaining water and soy sauce and add to rice. |
