CHINESE FRIED RICE 
1 1/4 c. water
1 1/2 c. Minute Rice
1 egg
3 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. onion, chopped
2-3 tsp. soy sauce

Boil water and add rice. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Combine rest of ingredients with rice. Saute, stirring over medium heat, until browned. Add 1/4 cup water and 2-3 teaspoon soy sauce.
