CHINESE HAMBURGER 
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 sm. onions, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water
1/2 c. raw rice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 can Chinese noodles

Cook beef, drain, combine with all ingredients except chow mein noodles. Pour into casserole and cook covered 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Stir, uncover and cook 30 minutes more. Top with noodles, cook 10 minutes additional.
