BUDGET BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1/2 c. butter
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 c. sour cream
1 1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sliced onions
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. chicken broth
2 tsp. salt

Brown beef and onions in butter with garlic. Sprinkle with flour and toss in frying pan. Add seasonings and rest of ingredients. Heat thoroughly stirring frequently. Serve over hot rice.
