EASY BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. pkg. egg noodles
1 onion, chopped
2 cans beef consomme
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream

Brown ground beef in a large stew pot until all pink of meat is gone. Add onion, the cans of beef consomme. Cook until noodles are done, 15 minutes. Test. Add mushroom soup and stir until dissolved. Fold in sour cream. Serve with a salad and toast or crackers.
