BUTTERSCOTCH SAUCE 
1 lb. (2 c.) brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 pt. (1 c.) coffee cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together and boil 5 minutes. Stir. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Put over ice cream. Makes 2 cups.
