1/3 c. butter
1 c. light brown sugar (firmly packed)
2 tbsp. corn syrup
1/3 c. heavy cream or milk

Mix all ingredients together and cook until mixture spins a thread. Serve warm over ice cream. Makes approximately 1 1/4 cups.
