BUTTERSCOTCH ICE CREAM TOPPING 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup
1/2 c. white sugar
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. cream (use whipping cream)
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter first. Add syrup and sugar, boil about 3 minutes. Take off heat, slowly add cream; beat well. Add vanilla.
