JELLO MEDLEY 
1 #2 1/2 can (3 1/2 c.) fruit cocktail
1 pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. lemon juice, fresh, frozen or canned
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 1/2 c. tiny marshmallows
1/4 c. drained quartered maraschino cherries
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Drain fruit cocktail, reserving 1 cup syrup. Dissolve gelatin in water, add reserved syrup and lemon juice. Chill until partially set.

Soften cream cheese, add mayonnaise and beat until smooth. Add to gelatin mixture, mixing well. Stir in fruit cocktail, marshmallows and cherries. Fold in whipped cream. Freeze several hours or overnight. Slice and place on lettuce. Makes 12 servings.
