MY FAMILY'S MANICOTTI 
1 (16 oz.) bag shredded cheese (Monterey Jack)
1 (4 oz.) can sliced olives, drained
4 eggs
1 (8 oz.) box manicotti shells (Barilla)
1 (24 oz.) jar marinara sauce (your choice)
1 jar water (use empty sauce jar)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl mix shredded cheese, sliced olives and eggs. Stuff above ingredients into dry manicotti shells (by pushing mixture into both ends of shells).

Arrange stuffed manicotti shells into 9x12-inch baking dish. Cover with 1 jar of marinara sauce plus 1 jar of water. Top with any remaining mixture. Cover with foil.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until soft.
