Add: 2 tsp. vanilla 4 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 5 c. oatmeal (crushed in food processor) 2 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. baking soda 24 oz. chocolate chips 1 (8 oz.) grated Hershey bar 3 c. chopped nuts

Mix in a very large bowl. Roll into balls about the size of a quarter. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Freeze part of dough if you like, for a later bake. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes. Remove from oven, cookies may look raw, but they continue to cook. Makes 115 cookies.
