NEIMAN MARCUS CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIES
 
2 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
4 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
5 c. blended oatmeal
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
24 oz. chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) grated Hershey bar

TO BLEND OATMEAL: Measure oatmeal and blend in blender to a fine powder. Cream butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, and baking powder, and baking soda. Add chips, candy, and roll into a ball, placing on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 6 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 112 cookies, but the recipe can easily be halved.
