2 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. white sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
5 c. oatmeal, ground
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (7 oz.) Hershey bar, grated
3 c. chopped nuts

Measure oatmeal - then process in food processor into a medium-fine powder.

Cream butter with sugars. Add eggs and vanilla; blend well. Mix dry ingredients together. Add to butter mixture. Blend in chips, nuts and grated candy bar. Roll into 1 inch balls. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. 120 cookies.
