GREEN EGGS AND HAM BURRITOS 
4 slices of bacon, chopped
¼ lb ground sausage
¼ cup queso fresco (cheese of your choice)
2 eggs
1 ½ tbs pesto (taste to suit)
¼ cup milk (optional)

Fry bacon and sausage, drain fat.

Thoroughly blend eggs, (milk), and pesto in a bowl and pour into meat mixture.

Scramble eggs and meat until desired texture.

Heat tortillas and place cheese in center. Scoop mixture onto tortillas, fold and serve.

Makes three small or two large burritos.
