ZUCCHINI COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. grated orange rind
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 1/3 c. flour
1 egg
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. grated zucchini

Cream butter, orange rind, spices and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg. Add mixed flour, baking powder and spices. Add alternately with milk to the creamed mixture. Stir in zucchini and nuts. Drop onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes (until golden brown). Store in tight container.
