CHOCOLATE MINT TARTS 
1 c. butter
2 c. sifted powdered sugar
4 sqs. (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate, melted
4 eggs
1 tsp. peppermint extract
2 tsp. vanilla
18 vanilla wafers
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
Chopped nuts
Maraschino cherries
18 cupcake liners

Cream butter and sugar. Blend in melted chocolate and eggs. Add flavorings. Place a vanilla waver in each cupcake liner. Fill 3/4 full with chocolate mixture. Freeze in muffin tins to keep shape.
