CHOCOLATE NUT TARTS 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. bourbon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels, melted
1/2 c. chopped pecans
10 unbaked (3 inch) pastry shells

Beat eggs until blended. Gradually add sugar, beating until thick and light colored. Add butter, bourbon and vanilla; mix well. Gradually add flour. Stir in chocolate and chopped pecans. Spoon 1/4 cup filling into each pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. After cool, sift powdered sugar lightly over tarts. Top with a dollop of whipped cream, and garnish each with a pecan half.
