BROCCOLI AND RICE SALAD 
1 tbsp. dry minced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
8 oz. Cheez Whiz
1/2 of a #2 1/2 can mushroom stems
1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. minute rice
1/4 c. milk

Mix all together. Pour into casserole and put 4-5 pats of butter over the top. Bake at 350 degrees about hour (until top is brown). Serves 6-8 people (Can put in crock pot.)
