PLUM PUDDING CAKE 
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. Wesson oil
2 junior size baby food plums (3 sm. jars)
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. pecans, chopped

Mix together all the ingredients. Do not use mixer. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a greased and floured tube or Bundt pan.

TOPPING:

1/2 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
Juice of 1 lemon

Melt butter, add sugar and lemon juice. Pour 1/2 over while in pan. Turn out of pan and pour on other side.
