1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
3 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Use your favorite vanilla icing recipe to decorate cookies

Beat butter, sugar, egg and milk until fluffy. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Divide in half. Wrap and refrigerate one hour or longer. Roll out to 1/4 inch thick. Use your favorite cookie cutters! Bake at 375 degrees for 7-10 minutes.
