BROILED LEMON CHICKEN 
1 med. chicken
1 lg. lemon, squeezed
3/4 c. white wine
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. fresh or dry sage, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Rosemary leaves

Turn oven on to broil. Cut chicken open on one side (between breasts) and open; clean inside. Place right side up in pan. Sprinkle chicken with rosemary leaves. Place chicken in oven.

In a bowl combine lemon juice, wine, oregano, sage, salt, and pepper. Pour entire mixture over the chicken. Keep on basting chicken as it broils with juice. Turn over and cook on other side and baste. Cook 45 minutes to 1 hour.
