CELERY PEA POD ALMONDINE 
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 tbsp. butter
3 tsp. chicken broth granules
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. ginger
4 c. diagonally sliced celery
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen peas pods

Cook and stir almonds in butter until golden brown. Stir in both granules, sugar, garlic powder and ginger. Add celery and cook just until crisp tender, about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in pea pods, cook 3 to 4 minutes longer. Salt to taste. Serve immediately. 8 servings.
