CLASSIC CHICKEN ALMONDINE 
4 chicken breasts, cooked, cut in lg. chunks
6 oz. Henri's tastee dressing
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
1 lb. seedless grapes
1 (16 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple
1 c. celery
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. ginger
1 pt. or less Heilmann's mayonnaise
1 head of lettuce
10 oz. slivered almonds (toasted)

Marinate chicken in Henri's dressing overnight. Drain thoroughly, water chestnuts, pineapple and oranges. Combine mayonnaise, soy sauce, lemon and ginger. Serve on lettuce. Top with almonds. Serves 8 to 10.
