TUNA ALMONDINE 
2 large potatoes, sliced lengthwise
1 tbsp. butter
pepper
1 can evaporated milk
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can tuna
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. dried onion flakes

Either scrub potatoes or peel. Slice and place in 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Dot butter on top. Pepper to taste. Place, uncovered, in microwave for 4 minutes on High. On stove, in 2-quart pan, place remaining ingredients and heat until cheese has melted. Pour over cooked potatoes and place in 350°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes. You can vary this by adding a small can of mushrooms, adding some frozen peas or both.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
