APPLES IN CRUST 
4 lg. apples
Rolled pie crust
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. butter
Cinnamon
1 1/2 c. water

Peel and core apples. Fill with 1/3 cup sugar mixed with cinnamon. Dot with butter. Roll in pie crust, make sure each is sealed.

Boil together: 2 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 c. water

Boil 3 minutes. Pour over apples in fireproof dish. Bake in 425 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
