NO CRUST APPLE PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 egg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. apples, peeled and chopped

Mix sugar, flour, and eggs. Add next 5 ingredients; blend well. Stir in nuts and apples. Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Allow to cool 10 minutes before serving.
